Berkshire-based bassist, composer, and bandleader Andy Wrba returns to the Dream Away Lodge with longtime collaborators Benny Kohn on piano, Conor Meehan on drums, Peter McEachern on trombone, and vocalist, Ed Moran. Drawing on more than two decades of making music together in different combinations, the group brings a deep musical connection and plenty of room for spontaneity. The evening will feature original compositions alongside jazz, blues, funk, soul, and other influences that have shaped the musicians over the years. Rooted in improvisation and unconstrained by genre, no two sets are quite the same. Expect the unexpected.
